How will my order be delivered to me?
- Your order would be delivered through our reputed courier partners at your doorstep. We have associated with Delhivery, Bluedart and First Flight to ensure a safe and speedy delivery at your doorstep.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from Kapsons.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders, if you have placed the order through your log in id.
How do I check the status of my order?
- Our order status is updated to you via emails and SMS at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive a SMS and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you a SMS with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen event which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.
I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
- You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order or if the order has been placed on COD.
Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
- In case if you want place a bulk order please drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements and contact details and the concerned team would get in touch with to you. You may enjoy a competitive pricing for bulk order.
I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?
- Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

- Kapsons credits can be used to pay for purchases you make from Kapsons.com. Whenever you return an order or cancel a prepaid order you credits in your Kapsons wallet. You can redeem these Kapsons credits on the Payments page. You can check your Kapsons credits balance under orders while making payments.
What is the minimum order value for application of welcome vouchers?
- As a gesture to welcome you to a world of amazing fashion, Kapsons.com gives its shoppers a welcome discount of Rs. 500 which is valid on your first purchase of Rs. 1500 and above only on non discounted item(s).
How many times can I use my Welcome discount?
- Welcome discount is valid only on your first purchase of Rs. 1500 and above. Welcome discount is applicable only on non-discounted item(s).
Can I club two vouchers in one purchase?
- Yes, you can club two vouchers in one single purchase at Kapsons. But this may vary from campaign to campaign and voucher to voucher, for this please read the terms and conditions of every coupon you apply.
I have returned my order. What happens to the coupons and vouchers used?
- If you are a Royale Club member, all membership benefits are re-issued in case of partial (only a calculative share is re-issued) and complete order return. While non-members only get coupons and vouchers re-issued in case of complete order return. This process may vary from campaign to campaign.

Is Cash on Delivery Applicable on every purchase?
- Cash on Delivery is available as a payment mode for all items. Eligible items will be indicated by the message "Eligible for Cash on Delivery" on the product details page. I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
- Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working please contact our customer care at 1800-137-5277 between 9:30 am - 6:30 pm for more details.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
- Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Credit Card: 7-21 business days
Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
- Orders placed on Kapsons.com can be cancelled before it gets dispatched for delivery to the customer’s registered address. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
In case of orders placed using Royale club Membership benefits like coupons or bonus points can be cancelled before dispatch and the benefits will be credited in the Royale Club account.
What if I had used coupon or membership discount and then cancelled the order?
- Any non-membership coupon used or extra discount availed is re-offered, if still valid or applicable. Orders made using Royale Club membership bonus / Royale Club membership coupons are also re-offered to the customer.
Courier & Delivery
How does the product delivery process work?
- All Kapsons deliveries are done through reputed couriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, First Flight, Speed Post etc. We will inform you when the seller or warehouse ships your consignment and to keep a track of your delivery you will also be given a tracking number.
We deliver to all and any postal address in India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
How do I return an item?
- Go to My Orders and go to closed orders
The order showing status as ‘delivered’ are the ones which can be returned
Click on ‘View Details’ and open the order page to select the items you want to return.
Upon selecting the items, press the button that says’ Return Selected Items’

Fill the reason of return and generate a return ID
Download and print the return form. Fill the return form.
Place the duly filled return form, returning item (s) with all original tags and packaging into a parcel
Courier the parcel to the following address:

Email a copy of the courier bill to email@example.com and mention the return ID as subject of the mail
On receipt of your return items, within 5-7 working days, the customer care team will call you to confirm your return request. Alternatively, you can also call and provide your return Id to the customer care team, who will further initiate the return in the form of Kapsons credits.
Wait for your refund The refund of the order payment in terms of Kapsons credits is made within 5-7 days of receipt of the returned item(s) at the Kapsons Head Office. The refund of the courier charges is made within 10 working days of the day the refund of the order payment is made.
What is Kapsons's 15 day Return and Exchange Policy?
- Kapsons's has a 15 day returns and exchange policy gives the shoppers an option to exchange or return the products purchased by them from Kapsons within 15 days of their shopping. The products which are to be returned or exchanged should be unused, unwashed and should be preserved with its original condition, tags and packaging.
How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?
- Kapsons.com only makes refunds through Kapsons credits, which are added to the customer account in lieu to the amount of the items The customer will receive a call within 5 working days of the day the returned items were received at Kapsons Head Office. The customer care team will confirm the return ID and process the refund in their Kapsons account. If such a call is not received by the customer within this time period, then they should contact our customer care team at 1800-137-5277 betweeen 9:30 am t0 6:30 pm on their own and mention their return ID
Are there certain categories of products which are non-returnable?
- While requesting for return or exchange of an order please keep in mind that the item(s) should not be lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, beachwear, accessories, beauty, toiletries, cosmetics, socks and/or free items.
Can I return a part of my order?
- Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Do make sure that the product you are returning or exchanging meets the terms and conditions of our returns policy.

What are Kapsons credits?
- KAPSONS CREDITS is just like money which can be used to make purchases on Kapsons.com only.
1 Kapsons Credit = 1 rupee
When you cancel a pre-paid order or return one, the return is credited in your Kapsons account in the form of credits which can be further used to make purchases from Kapsons.com in future. The validity period for kapsons credits is 1 year from the date of issuance.
Kapsons credits cannot be converted into cash or bank credit and it cannot be transferred one account to another.
Can I use my Kapsons Credits multiple times?
- Yes, you can use your Kapsons Credits multiple times in any denominations till they are exhausted.
What is the validity period of Kapsons Credits?
- Kapsons Credits are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
Can I use my Kapsons Credits partially while paying for an order?
- To make your payment process and more sorted one we allow partial payment using Kapsons credits for any order placed on Kapsons.com. If you have a balance left you can pay it using any other mode of payment available at the portal.
Can I transfer Kapsons Credits to another account?
- For some security reasons, the facility of transferring your Kapsons credits to any other account is not allowed at Kapsons.com. The credits can be used by you for making payments for your orders from Kapsons.
