2. Exchanges can only be made within 60 days of the purchase of the merchandise. Any later than that, the exchange would be denied.
3. In case of defective merchandise, only genuine defects (manufacturing defect, stitching defect, colour-fading problem, fabric problem) will be considered for an exchange within 90 days of the purchase of the merchandise. Any later than that, the exchange will be denied.
4. All merchandise which needs to be exchanged should be in its original condition with the price and barcode tags intact.
5. Merchandise defective due to mishandling by the customer will not be considered for an exchange.
6. The bill of the purchased article is mandatory to be produced by the customer at the time of exchange (acceptable in the form of Email, SMS, or printed bill).
7. The following articles will not be exchanged under any circumstances: Altered Merchandise, Used Merchandise, Undergarments (including Socks), Jewellery, and Altered Belts.
8. The following articles will only be considered for an exchange if the packaging/seal/tag or any other relevant marks are fully intact: Fragrances, Sunglasses, Watches, and Cosmetics & Skin Care Products.
9. Merchandise purchased during the EOSS/SALE period can only be exchanged during the same EOSS/SALE period.
10. After-Sale Service for Watches and Sunglasses will be provided by authorised brand service centres only.
11. Piling of woollen sweaters or bleeding of excess colour in over-dyed denim is an inherent characteristic of such merchandise. Hence, these defects would not be considered genuine and exchange isn’t guaranteed.
12. Garments can be exchanged with Accessory, Footwear or vice versa.
13. Exchange will be accepted in a different location from the store where the original purchase was made, depending on the availability of the brand or the product at the store.
14. In case of Return, a credit note will be issued to the customer and the same will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
15. The Credit Note issued in case of a Return will expire after 60 days from the date of issue, followed by a Grace Period of 10 Days after expiry. If the Customer wishes to renew the expired Credit Note, deductions will take place as follows:
16. Within 30 Days of Expiry: 10% of the Credit Note amount deducted
17. Within 30 to 60 Days of Expiry: 25% of the Credit Note amount deducted
18. Within 60 to 180 Days of Expiry: 50% of the Credit Note amount deducted
19. After 180 Days of Expiry: 100% of the Credit Note amount deducted
20. The exchange of any article is purely subject to the availability of the brand or the product in stock.
21. We solemnly request our customers to read and follow the Wash-Care label attached.

22. KAPSONS-managed stores control the rights to determine source of defects for exchange merchandise.
23. KAPSONS-managed stores control the rights to deny the exchange of any product.
