*Responsibilities: *
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee the full payroll cycle, including processing, reconciling, and auditing payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Foster Positive employee relations and engagement.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Administer HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Handle benefits administration and conflict resolution/ Grievance Handling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
*Qualifications: *
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or related field.
2+ years of proven HR Executive experience.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
